How it works

From your application to working together

Everything starts with an application. We reply within 5 to 7 business days, and the first conversation is free.

  1. Apply

Fill out the application or tell us about your project. Add links, files, and your goals. The more you share, the better we can judge how to help.

  2. We read it

We read every application ourselves and reply within 5 to 7 business days. When someone looks like a good fit, we set up a call.

  3. Free first conversation

We talk through where you are and where you want to go. This first conversation is free.

  4. An honest assessment

We go through your work and tell you where you are strong, where you are behind, and what to fix first.

  5. A plan and a quote

You get clear next steps: skills to build, people to meet, tools to use, and how we will work together. Then we send a quote based on the project.

  6. We work on it together

We coach you through each step, bring in partners when you need them, and adjust the plan as you grow.

Every skill level

Where are you right now?

Pick the closest one. We work with people at all three.

You have the talent and not much else yet.

That is a fine place to start. We will help you find your strengths, set up the basics, and make your first real pieces of work.

  • A skills assessment
  • Your first portfolio or demo
  • A simple weekly practice plan
  • The right first tools

For individuals and for businesses

For individuals

Coaching, an honest read on your work, and help with whatever comes next.

That might be a release, a launch, a deal, or your first portfolio. If you are curious about AI, we will set you up with the right tools and teach you how to use them well.

  • One-on-one coaching at your pace
  • Help negotiating gigs, auditions, and brand deals
  • Introductions to producers, crews, agencies, and lawyers
  • AI setup and prompt-writing lessons
Apply as talent

For businesses

AI that fits the way your team already works.

We start by learning how work moves through your business. Then we set up AI workflows where they save the most time, using Grok Bot or another AI agent team of your choice, connect them to the software you already use, and train your team. You will know what each workflow does and how to change it.

Example workflows
  1. A customer email arrives
  2. Grok Bot reads and sorts it
  3. It drafts a reply in your voice
  4. You approve it with one click
  5. It sends and logs the reply

Examples of the kind of thing we set up. We show Grok Bot here, and the same workflows can run on another AI agent team of your choice. Every business is different, so we start by learning how yours works.

Questions

Questions people ask

What happens after I apply?

We read every application. We reply within 5 to 7 business days. If it looks like a good fit, we reach out to set up a free first conversation. The more detail you share, the easier it is for us to see how we can help.

What does it cost?

The first conversation is free. After that, we send you a quote based on the project and what you need.

I am not an artist. Can I still work with you?

Yes. We work with businesses that want AI workflows, writers with a book or comic they want to adapt, people hosting events, recruiters, and anyone who is not sure where they fit. Use the Not sure track on the application.

Do I need experience?

No. We work with people at every level, including people who have never shown their work to anyone.

What kinds of talent do you work with?

Music, acting, voice acting, writing, visual art, games, streaming, film and video, comedy, and more. If you are not sure you fit, apply anyway and we will tell you honestly.

I have a finished film. Which form should I use?

Apply as talent and pick Film, video, or photo. That covers festival strategy, distribution, and press. If you need a new shoot or editing, start a project instead.

Do you work with people under 18?

Yes, we will consider it. The application asks for a parent or guardian's name and email, and they need to be involved from the first conversation onward.
