Why the name

A lot of talented people never get seen. They have the skill and the drive, and nobody in their corner to tell them what to work on, who to meet, or how a deal should look. We want to be that corner.

Our logo is a hand holding the world. The pencil globe on our homepage starts as a sketch, and you paint it in as you explore. That is roughly how we think about careers: the outline is there, and the color comes from the work.

Where we are

We are a new company, and we are upfront about that. There are no made-up client lists or big numbers on this site. What we have is a wide set of skills, a network of partners, and the time to do this properly.

We are based in the central US, in the Iowa City area. In-person sessions, events, and local partners are strongest there. Everything else works anywhere.
