Short version: we use it to decide how we can help you, and we do not sell it.
What we collect
When you apply, we store what you type into the form, any files you upload, and basic technical details your browser sends (like the time of the request). We do not use tracking or advertising cookies on this site.
How we use it
We read applications to decide who to reach out to and how we might help. We may use your email or phone number to contact you about your application. If we think a partner (for example a producer, agency, or lawyer) could help, we ask you before sharing your details with them.
How we keep it safe
Applications and files are stored in a private Cloudflare storage space that only we can open, behind a password. They travel over an encrypted connection, and nothing is posted publicly.
How long we keep it
We keep applications for as long as they are useful for working with you. Ask us to delete yours at any time and we will.
Under 18
If you are under 18, the form asks for a parent or guardian's name and email. We involve them from the first conversation.
